SOCIAL + MOTION

Building a Content System That Could Actually Keep Up

Creative Direction • Content Systems • Social & Motion • Creative Operations

THE CHALLENGE

A growing product catalog created a growing content requirement.

Vee’s Tees needed ongoing creative across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest while also supporting launches, individual products, promotions, reviews, contests and announcements.

Designing every asset independently wasn’t sustainable.

CREATIVE DIRECTION

I separated what needed a new creative idea from what needed a repeatable format.

Reviews, product features, promotions and announcements could use adaptable systems. Larger drops warranted their own campaign creative. Lifestyle imagery could support both static and motion. Launch videos could be broken into individual product content.

Creative was produced in batches, resized and adapted for channel requirements rather than recreated unnecessarily.

Platform differences still mattered. TikTok and Instagram, for example, sometimes required different formatting or music considerations, so adaptation was intentional rather than automatic.

THE SYSTEM

Campaign Idea → Master Assets → Channel Adaptation → Scheduling → Reuse → Next Content Cycle

The goal wasn’t maximum content.

It was a workflow capable of producing the right content repeatedly without sacrificing the brand.

EVOLUTION

What began as making social posts became creative operations.

The system established what could be standardized, what needed original thinking and how one creative idea could generate multiple useful executions.

Scale came from designing the workflow as deliberately as the assets.
