who am i

Hi, I’m Veronica Hanna — a multidisciplinary Brand & Creative Director and visual storyteller with a passion for building brands that connect, communicate clearly, and leave a lasting impression.

I specialize in creating cohesive visual ecosystems across branding, packaging, editorial, campaigns, and multi-channel experiences—helping brands show up consistently and meaningfully across every touchpoint. Whether launching a new consumer brand, shaping how readers experience a publication, developing packaging systems, or building integrated campaigns, I love turning strategic opportunities into thoughtful, scalable creative.

Much of my career has been spent functioning as the full in-house creative department—leading everything from concept development and brand systems to editorial production, campaign execution, packaging, environmental design, marketing collateral, and cross-platform storytelling.

 

Most recently, I served as the creative lead for DHM Media Group, overseeing concept-to-completion creative across publications, agency initiatives, and client work. I directed the visual execution of District Home Magazine (8 issues annually, 10,000 circulation) while leading integrated campaigns, environmental graphics, media kits, advertising systems, and brand experiences across multiple industries.

I’ve never been able to choose a favorite discipline because I genuinely love how design shifts across mediums. Branding excites me because it’s how companies introduce themselves to the world. Editorial feels like visual architecture—shaping hierarchy, pacing, and story into something cohesive and intuitive. Packaging, campaigns, and marketing scratch the same itch: helping brands stand out, spark curiosity, and create moments people remember.

For me, great design has never been just about aesthetics—it’s storytelling, psychology, structure, and intention. My goal is always the same: create work that not only looks beautiful, but works—helping brands build recognition, shape perception, and connect in meaningful ways.

At the end of the day, I’m still a little obsessed with the idea that good design can make things better—even the small stuff.
