in motion

I’ve spent a lot of my career being the creative team, and it’s made me extremely resourceful. If I have an idea and I don’t know how to execute part of it, I’ll usually go learn enough to figure it out. But there are so many ideas in my head that would be stronger if I were working alongside people whose disciplines are actually what the idea requires. That’s one of the biggest reasons I want agency life. I don’t want to be limited to what I personally know how to make. I want to sit with a great writer, strategist, motion designer, developer, producer, or an art director. I want to say, here’s what I’m thinking, and have them take it somewhere I couldn’t have taken it alone. And I want to do the same thing for their ideas. I’ve seen what I can build when I’m the creative team. Now I want to see what I can build as part of a great one.
