Leah Anderson Group is a Washington, DC-based real estate brand operating within a competitive and visually saturated market. The goal was to refine the existing brand into a more polished, cohesive system that would better reflect professionalism, trust, and elevated service while maintaining approachability.


OBJECTIVE:


Designed and implemented a comprehensive brand identity system for a real estate business, focused on strengthening visual consistency and enhancing brand recognition across both marketing and client communication materials.


APPROACH


Developed a clean, typography-driven identity supported by a restrained color palette and structured layout system. Focused on clarity, hierarchy, and scalability to ensure consistency across a wide range of print and digital applications.


EXECUTION
